Although he's been with us from the beginning, he was originally chosen as a test subject for the Morph Tech found on Sky Base, he got regulated to tech support because his Morpher exploded on him. But he always felt he would one day get his chance. He kept up with training and even tried to learn Water-jitsu with Sin. in Chapter 10 he nearly died but didn't. Instead he became the Dynamic Green Ranger!

I also learned recently that Toei officially made GoseiGreen dolphin themed...*dies* but I had been planning to make Green crocodile for years x_x so I ain't changing it. Thus it is written, so it shall be!

Wonder if anyone noticed I complete redrew and reshaded the jacket >.> I mean yeah, there's a few left overs from the original, but pretty much rebuilt the thing...
Ram is also just too pretty! He's one of my favorite characters from DPR. It's super adorbs how he believes in Taylor from the get go.
